We have no responsibility over the use of your account and expressly disclaim any liability therefrom. On registration, you will receive a password protected account and an identification. You agree to:
maintain the confidentiality of your password;
take full responsibility for all activities by accessing the Platform through your account;
immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach you become aware ofand immediately report your hacking issue in the Help Center; and
ensure you exit from your account at the end of each session.

You shall not transfer or share your account password with oranyone or create more than one account (with the exception of subaccounts established for children of whom you are the parent or legal guardian). The Company reserves the right to take any and all action, as deemed necessary or reasonable, for the security of our Website, Applications and your account. In no event and under no circumstances shall we be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of your use of the Website, Applications or your use of your account or from your release of your account’s information to any third party. You must also not use anyone else’s account at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in your account, and further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to your account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of the Company.
